Frequently Asked Questions.
What if I need more pages?
If you want more pages than come with a plan, you can pay for them anytime, or simple move up a tier!
What if I need other features?
Our plans are intended to provide everything your cause needs -- but, in the event that you want something more, we can scope out just about anything at the hourly rate corresponding with your plan.
How do the monthly updates work?
Each plan comes with a monthly time allotment for updates, broken into 10-minute chunks. The more time you have, the more (or larger) the updates you can request, such as new pages on our Professional plan.
Can I migrate my site to and from you?
We can certainly migrate your CFX site after the buyout period, but generally don't migrate current sites to our servers. If you need website management for a current site, checkout our care plans!
Do you do logos, web apps, or mobile apps?
Yes! If you need a logo or want to build a web or mobile app, get in touch -- we've got you!
What if I can't afford the current rates?
Get in touch with us! We have options for cause-based brands that need financial support.
